To ensure that our professional photographers capture your property in the best light, please ensure the following set up is completed prior to the photographer arriving at the property. If you are unable to attend the property to perform the setup, please let us know and we will arrange for a staff member to attend (additional fees apply).
We only ever use vetted professional photographers with experience in real estate photography. If we have identified potential improvements that you wish to implement prior to professional photography being undertaken, you can delay the photo shoot until you have implemented the improvements.
When you are ready, please complete the go live section of the onboarding form - this will automatically notify the photographer to contact you.
If you need us to do a double check for you prior to having the photos taken a staff member can attend in person (Jervis Bay area) or we can do a virtual walkthrough over zoom.
