Government Regulations

There are two pieces of government Legislation that all short-term rental properties must be compliant with:

1. NSW Planning Requirements. The key elements of this are:

   • STRA Register (PHH takes care of this for you!)

   • Fire Safety Standards

2. Short Term Rental Code of Conduct - this applies to both hosts and guests
