The owner portal allows you to view your bookings in our property management system (HomHero) as well as to block dates for your own use.
You will be sent an email with a login for the portal. To access the portal please follow the steps below.
Please read the following instructions on how to access & use the HomHero Owner Portal.
Step 1.
Portal: Go to https://owners.homhero.com.au/
Enter the following details:
Account Code: PHH
Email Address: Your Email
Pin Code: Your Pincode
Step 2.
Your new owners portal can be saved as an app to your phone or tablet by selecting the "Add to Homepage" option from your browser.
Portal Instructions
Upon entering the owner portal you will find your new dashboard.
Live Availability
Click on the Live availability Tab, Here you will find your live availability calendar in which you can scroll 12 months ahead.
Below you will find a list of your forward bookings.
The live availability will show the initials of your guest for the dates which they have booked.
Here you can also place an owner booking, simply click on the dates you require on the calendar, add notes and submit.
Make a Booking
From your dashboard click on the Make a booking tab
Select the dates you wish to book by using the live calendar or the arrival and departure date selection below.
Statement History
Click on the Statement History tab
Here you will see your End of Month statements as well as a monthly table.
Maintenance Invoices
Click on the maintenance invoices menu item to find all invoices that have been associated with your property.
Correspondence History
You will now be able to view all correspondence history sent to you from this point onwards. These can be from owner booking notifications, SMS messages from us to you and other ad-hoc correspondence.
Contact Management
Click on the contact management tab on your dashboard
The form will automatically complete your name, email & contact number.
Type a subject and your message
Click Send
The message will be sent directly to the Property Management Team.
Report Maintenance
Should you wish to report any maintenance issues at your property in which you wish for us to organise repairs, etc. please use this section.
From your dashboard click on Report Maintenance
The form will auto-fill your details
Type a description and location of the maintenance you are reporting
Click on Add Photos, here you can upload any photos relating to the maintenance you are reporting
Click Send
