We've put together the following list to help owners to save money on cleaning and maintenance fees. We recommend going through the list every 6 months when you visit your property.

Checklist:

• Check sinks

• Check drains

• Check all lights working (LEDs)

• Clean gutters

• Clean drains out

• Gerni paths

• Gerni decks / pegolas / driveways / patios

• Check appliances are in good working order

• Check for carpet stains (consider buying a Bissel spot cleaner)

• Re-stock consumables 

• Check stocks of crockery / glasses / utensils / chopping boards / (sharp) knives

• Stock up firewood, kindling & firelighters (in winter)

• Clean fireplaces / fire pits

• Clean windows

• Check windows doors / handles / locks / blinds operate smoothly

• Check flyscreens for holes

• Clean air conditioning filters & range hoods

• Check for worn out pots & pans
